The founder of "Camp Rosenbaum" passed away Tuesday. Fred Rosenbaum had been battling kidney cancer for years. Rosenbaums camp for underpriviledged children made a difference in the lives of thousands of Oregonians. Friends and family say rosenbaum dedicated his life to serving others. Rosenbaum also served on the board of OMSI and held the position of chairman of the Portland Housing Authority.
