This video was produced by Dale Elaine Sandberg, Illinois Valley Fire District Media Dept. The Lone Mountain Fire burned some 48 acres and threatened homes on Monday, Aug. 24 near the small town of O'Brien, Oregon. Six outbuildings were destroyed. No injuries were reported but one dog died in the fire. Illinois Valley FIre District, Oregon Dept. of Forestry and an extensive interagency structural taskforce responded to fight the blaze and defend homes.
