Due to recent controversy the Oregon City wall a very popular and prosperous spot for local fisherman has been closed indefinitely. In 2009 the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife Services discovered White Salmon spawning grounds under the old West Linn, Oregon City bridge. The forty or more foot drop off proves dangerous for fish and fisherman alike. The area will remain closed indefinitely to protect this very precious species as well as save human lives.
