What is the best and cheapest places to eat in Portland, Oregon?

I just moved to Portland, Oregon. I'm a recent college graduate so I'm looking for really good places to eat for cheap (any kind). It can be anywhere in Portland but I live on the east side. Thanks in advance!

    Hi I am a Portland native…So cheap eats…I really like a little place in SE on Milwaukie Ave called Stickers…they have good asian potstickers ( I really like the veg ones and I am not a veg) Also off Macadam there is a place called Bamboo Grove its sooooo ono! Order Phils Ono Chicken with a double side of mac…portions are huge you can eat it for 3 days…so good…Welcome to Portland :)

    They offer variety of selection, they are famous for the Beef Noodle Soup, there is also rice plate, other authenic Vietnamese food at a reasonable price.

    Good Dog, Bad Dog is great for hot dogs and grilled sausages. Its downtown.
