I am planning a trip to Portland, Oregon from November 2 to November 6 this year and was wondering what the weather will be like. Some people have told me it will be very cold and snowy, while others have said it will be cool (50's) and rainy. I live in SC and have never been, so I have no idea. Any help is appreciated! I appreciate the answers so far and will keep this open a little while longer. Of course no one can predict it, but I am looking for how it generally or normally is that time of year. Thanks. Littleblueyes, your answer is along the lines of what I am looking for, thanks.

It is unpredictable. Always very beautiful.
Rainy…
Rainy, cool and windy…..dreary !
Our weather is very umpredictable, nut it will most likely be cool and rainy/cloudy. Around 50-60 degrees. Very rare to see snow before end of December.
It’s usually rainy and a bit chilly, but like people have already said, it can be very unpredictable. When you’re here, it could be mild and nice, but the weather is always changing pretty drastically here. Rainy one day, sunny the next!
Portland is usually rainy and in the 50’s in November, I have lived there my entire life and go through it every year. If it snows here it doesnt happen until January and it doesnt usually get very cold.
my son lives in vancouver washington and works in portland and the weather is erlatively mild in comparison to the north–50 ish mostly maybe 60 at the most, more rainy than not but never eally frigid or waist deep in snow
November is the time of year when the rainy season sets in.
We can already see the change at the end of October with
the first of many heavy rains. November fluctuates between
partially sunny and rain. It depends on the storm fronts coming
down from Alaska or from the Pacific coast line.
Mainly November, December, January, February and on
thru April will be our wettest months. Snow and icey conditions depend on the storms coming from Alaska
during December and January.
is the coldest month of the year usually.
