Maybe not a lot of people around. Nice scenery. It doesnt have to be near Portland Oregon it can be in Hood River or wherever. I'm going with my friend tomorrow but we dont know where it will be windy. Help?
Hood River is the answer. It’s a center for wind surfing and the scenery is good.
lincoln city of course. they have an annual kite festival
I would try out by Troutdale somewhere. Say at a school. Plenty of wind near the river east of PDX
willamete river, colombian river, and hood river lincoln city is not close to portland by the way, its about 2 hours drive
